Rice, kimchi, milk, and whole grain source served at every meal. Menu Pattern is based on the caloric requirements for a 70+ year old female whose activity is sedentary.

The Senior Center was closed at least until April 22, 2022. Under this emergency situation, in which the Senior Center is closed for events, the management is working on ways to distribute cash, masks, ginger tea, as we as other ways to help the elderly community. Meals and related services are being delivered.

Menu developed by dietician, Joanna Kim Selby, President & Mrs. Bae, Chef. Older Americans Act provides hot meals for seniors through the general AAA guidelines. Rice & kimchi served at every meal. Menu Pattern is based on the caloric requirements for a 70+ year old female whose activity is sedentary. Vit. A Source* (three times per week) (250 ug). Vitamin C Source + = served daily (25 mg). Use fruit as a dessert as often as possible & limit sweets. Menu changes are to be documented.
